Job Description:
- Handle petty cash and maintain daily expense records
- Manage vendors (stationery, maintenance, pantry, etc.)
- Take care of office floor management and day-to-day admin activities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure office cleanliness
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and assets
- Handle billing, bill verification, and basic follow-ups
- Draft and respond to official emails
- Support general administrative and coordination work
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Email
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, responsible, and proactive approach
- Prior experience in office administration preferred
Working Day:
- 6 days working
- Day shift
- Rotational week-off
