Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
Assist in basic HR and administrative tasks
Handle courier management and vendor coordination
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
Support management with day-to-day administrative requirements
