Prime Gold Hub Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive with excellent English communication skills to manage administrative functions, professional communication, documentation, and meeting coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
Schedule and follow up on internal and external meetings
Draft, review, and send professional emails and official communications
Handle documentation, filing, and record management (physical & digital)
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action items
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth administrative operations
Maintain confidentiality of company and management information
Support senior management with day-to-day administrative activities
Ensure proper organization of office records and documents
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) – mandatory
Strong knowledge of administrative and office management tasks
Experience in email drafting and professional correspondence
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
1–3 years of experience in an Admin / Executive Assistant / Office Admin role
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
