Admin + Tender Executive Job Details

📌 Job Role Overview

An Admin & Tender Executive is responsible for handling tender (government/private bids) and office administrative work. This role combines documentation, coordination, and business support tasks.


🧾 Main Work Responsibilities

🔹 1. Tender Work (Main Role)

  • Search and track tenders from portals like GeM, e-procurement, CPPP

  • Download and study tender documents

  • Prepare technical & financial bids (BOQ, quotations)

  • Upload tender documents online before deadline

  • Handle EMD (DD/BG/NEFT) & documentation

  • Maintain tender records and database

  • Follow up for tender status, results, and approvals

  • Ensure all documents meet tender requirements and compliance


🔹 2. Documentation & Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and technical teams

  • Collect certificates, company documents, and pricing details

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and compliance sheets

  • Maintain proper filing (digital & physical)

  • Reply to tender queries and clarification requests


🔹 3. Administrative Work

  • Handle office operations & daily admin tasks

  • Maintain records, files, emails, and correspondence

  • Manage courier, meetings, travel, office supplies

  • Vendor coordination and client communication

  • Prepare MIS reports and maintain data in Excel


🔹 4. Client & Business Support

  • Communicate with clients for tender clarification

  • Prepare quotations & techno-commercial offers

  • Support sales and business development activities

  • Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups


🎓 Qualification

  • Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of tender process

  • Experience: Fresher / 1–3 years (preferred)


💻 Required Skills

  • MS Excel, Word, Email handling

  • Knowledge of GeM portal / E-tendering

  • Good communication (English)

  • Strong documentation & attention to detail

  • Time management & multitasking skills
