Job Description
Responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks of an organization, including scheduling, communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. They typically handle a variety of tasks, from managing office supplies to coordinating meetings and events.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, managing facility maintenance, and handling correspondence. Act as the point of contact for all employees and clients, handling inquiries, managing communication, and ensuring clear information flow. Schedule meetings, events, and appointments, and manage calendars for individuals and the organization. Maintain accurate and organized records, including employee records, confidential documents, and company databases. Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking. Provide administrative and clerical support to employees and clients, including greeting visitors and answering phones.

· Calendar management and associated tasks, preparing docs & scheduling meetings, etc.
· Logistics & arrangement of meetings, travel for Staff, Guests, Customers etc.
· Schedules and organizes calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, luncheon arrangements, travel plans and department activities.
· Provide back up support to lead Executive Administrative Assistant and team.
· Schedule and implement organization’s staff meetings, events, and off sites.
· Act as Lead Administrator for Central Services.
· Provide day-to-day support.
· Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties with answering phones, making appointments, emails, and ordering office supplies.
· Maintain Attendance, Insurance (Medical and Life).
· Purchase, Stock Management of Assets and Consumables.
· AMC Renewal, Equipment service and maintenance follow up
· Staff Asset issuing, Delivery Challans, ID Cards and other office day to day activities
· Accounting assistance.
· Maintaining Staff Files.
· Bills follow up and payment status
