Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment across tech, ops & leadership roles using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoho Recruit.

• Build talent pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Automate HR processes using platforms like ATS, Zapier, BambooHR, etc.

• Support onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR operations.

• Contribute to DEI and culture-building initiatives.

You Should Have

• 2+ years in recruitment with some HR generalist experience.

• Hands-on with ATS tools and HR automation platforms.

• Strong communication and process improvement mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or similar.
