The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office, coordinating with other departments, maintaining office records, and supporting management in various operational tasks.
Manage front desk activities including visitor management and telephone handling.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee entry logs.
Handle office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of office premises.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and IT support as needed.
Support HR and Accounts departments with documentation and coordination work.
Assist in organizing meetings, seminars, and training sessions.
Manage courier, dispatch, and filing systems efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and office discipline.
Provide administrative support to the management team as required.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/B.Com).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
