*Job Title: Administrative Executive**Job Description:*We are seeking a proactive and reliable Administrative Executive to handle day-to-day office operations, property coordination, and vendor management. The role involves identifying and evaluating properties, managing documentation and legal formalities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth administrative and facility operations.*Key Responsibilities:*Manage daily office operations, housekeeping, stationery, and facility maintenance.Identify and evaluate properties; coordinate visits and handle related legal/documentation work.Oversee vendor management, procurement, and payments for office services (milk supply, cleaning, etc.).Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests.Support internal events, meetings, and visitor management.Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and security compliance.*Requirements:*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.2–5 years of experience in administration, operations, or vendor coordination.Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Must have own vehicle for local travel and coordination.
