Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
Maintain and update HRIS systems and personnel records
Handle employee relations issues and escalate when necessary
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Bachelor’s degree
1–4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
