Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive with 1-2 year of experience to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, demonstrating excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Documentation and Record Management
Maintain and update company records, documents, and reports.
Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive information.
Coordination and Communication
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the team.
Support Functions
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Provide support for event planning and logistics.
Vendor and Facilities Management
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative guidelines.
Prepare and submit periodic administrative reports to management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree.
1+ year of experience in administrative roles.
