Job Description

We are looking for a hr and admin Executive to join our team at Hybon Elevators And Escalators Private Limited.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, factory administration, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing HR and administrative functions in a manufacturing or industrial setup.. position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage factory administration, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance coordination.

  • Handle vendor management and purchase of office/factory supplies.

  • Oversee time office management and employee discipline.

  • Coordinate for statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, labor records, etc.) with relevant departments or consultants.

  • Support management in day-to-day operational requirements.

  • Handle recruitment and on boarding of factory and office staff.

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.

  • Assist in performance monitoring and employee engagement activities.

  • Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • Support HR policies and ensure adherence to company procedures.

Job Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/BA).

  • Experience: 1–5 years in HR/Admin, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

  • Skills Required:

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).

    • Knowledge of attendance, payroll basics, and statutory compliance.

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
