The Admin Executive will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the office, with a primary focus on people management, vendor relations, facilities oversight, and MIS reporting. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can ensure tasks are completed on time and the office environment runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
People Management: Oversee and coordinate administrative support staff (e.g., housekeeping, office assistants) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. Monitor performance, facilitate communication, and support a productive work environment.
Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with various service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, stationery). Negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and process invoices.
Facilities Management: Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of office premises, including general upkeep, managing supplies, and overseeing safety protocols.
MIS & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data on administrative operations, expenses, and performance. Prepare regular reports to inform management decisions and identify areas for improvement.
General Administration: Handle various administrative tasks, including correspondence, record-keeping, and supporting office-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative role with proven experience in people management, vendor management, and facilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
