We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead and coordinate our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership and ensure that HR strategies align with the business goals.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive workplace culture.
Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and engagement surveys.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Coach managers on feedback and development strategies.
Identify training and development needs.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Benchmark salaries and ensure competitive compensation structures.
Strategic HR Planning:
Work with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Contribute to strategic initiatives including diversity and inclusion, succession planning, and change management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5–8 years of progressive HR experience; 2+ years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
