Administrative Support
Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and phone/email inquiries.
Prepare documents, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Project Coordination Assistance
Support designers with project documentation, material orders, and supplier communications.
Track project timelines and schedules; coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Assist in maintaining project databases and CRM systems.
Procurement & Inventory
Liaise with suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Maintain a stock of office supplies and material samples.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
Finance & Documentation
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., invoice filing, petty cash tracking).
Coordinate with the finance team or external accountant for monthly submissions.
Ensure proper documentation for project billing and expense reports.
Client & Vendor Communication
Act as a point of contact between clients, designers, and contractors for administrative tasks.
Schedule client meetings and site visits.
Follow up on payments and project-related documentation.
Qualification: B.Com or any Graduate in the Accounting Field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience
Office Timing: Monday - Saturday 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
Salary budget - 15,000/- to 25,000/- per month
