The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting the Managing Director’s office, and handling front-desk/reception duties. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including stationery, housekeeping, courier, and vendor coordination.
Maintain office records, filing systems, and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
Manage meeting rooms, office logistics, and support internal events.
Reception & Front Desk:
Handle incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence courteously and professionally.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper access control.
Manage courier dispatch and receipt.
MD Office Support:
Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the Managing Director.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting coordination.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed.
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in office administration or executive assistance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
