Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Maintain records of plant operations, maintenance logs, and service reports.

    • Prepare and manage documentation related to permits, licenses, safety, and environmental compliance.

    • Handle incoming/outgoing communication, emails, and correspondence.

  • Coordination:

    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for routine plant needs.

    • Assist in scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance and calibration schedules.

    • Support project teams in procurement, invoicing, and order tracking.

  • Data Management & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate data logs of plant operations and prepare reports for internal and regulatory use.

    • Track attendance, overtime, and leave for plant staff and coordinate with HR/payroll.

  • Inventory & Procurement Support:

    • Monitor stock of consumables, chemicals, and spare parts.

    • Raise purchase requests and follow up on deliveries and billing.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure documentation is in line with ISO, pollution control board, and safety standards.

    • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for easy access and audit readiness.

  • General Office Management:

    • Oversee housekeeping, office supplies, and administrative upkeep of the plant office.

Organize meetings, plant visits, and safety briefings as required.
