Handle day-to-day office operations and documentation.
Maintain client files, project documents, agreements, purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and site teams.
Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic MIS reports.
Attend and respond to customer enquiries (calls/WhatsApp/website leads).
Share company portfolio, collect client requirements, and schedule site visits.
Coordinate between design team, execution team, and clients.
Support sales team in preparing proposals, BOQs, agreements.
Follow up with potential clients to close leads.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Give basic information about products, materials, and services.
Ensure smooth communication from enquiry to project onboarding.
Maintain stock of office supplies, petty cash, and basic accounts support.
Help HR/Management in onboarding, attendance, and internal communication.
Support project team for material tracking and delivery coordination.
Good communication skills (English, Kannada preferred).
Computer knowledge: MS Office, Google Sheets, Email drafting.
Basic understanding of interior materials will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and handle clients professionally.
Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
Any degree/diploma.
Experience in interiors / architecture industry is a plus.
