Plant Administration & Facility Management
· Oversee housekeeping, security, and general plant upkeep
· Manage plant utilities coordination (water, electricity follow-ups)
· Ensure common areas maintained as per 5S
· Coordinate repairs related to civil & non-production infrastructure
Manpower & Contractor Coordination
· Attendance management for plant staff & contract workers
· Verify contractor documentation (ID, insurance, safety compliance)
· Coordinate onboarding formalities for new hires
· Maintain updated manpower deployment sheet
Compliance & Statutory Support
· Maintain records for:
o Factory Act compliance
o Labor registers
o Contractor compliance documentation
o Visitor register
· Support EHS audits and statutory inspections
· Ensure licenses and statutory documents displayed and updated
Documentation & Record Management
· Maintain controlled document filing system (physical & digital)
· Track renewal dates (licenses, AMC, vendor contracts)
· Maintain training records & induction logs
Procurement & Vendor Coordination (Non-Production)
· Coordinate purchase requests for:
o Stationery
o Housekeeping materials
o PPE (with EHS)
· Vendor follow-ups for facility services
· Monitor facility-related expenses
Security & Access Control
· Ensure entry/exit monitoring
· Gate pass control for material movement
· Visitor management & induction
Technical Skill:
Knowledge of Factory Act & Labor compliance basics
Record-keeping discipline
MS Excel & documentation management
Vendor coordination capability

Qualification & Experience
Any Graduate (Commerce / Administration experience preferred)
3–6 year experience in manufacturing plant administration
Experience in chemical or industrial plant preferred
