Job Summary
We are looking for a Male Candidate to support academic and operational activities involving student coordination, database management, inventory handling, lead conversion, and administrative support. The role requires strong coordination skills, record management, and flexibility for operational travel and physical inventory handling when required.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage student databases, records, and documentation accurately.
Handle record keeping and administrative coordination for academic operations.
Coordinate with students and faculty regarding schedules, attendance, communication, and academic activities.
Support the student lifecycle process from admission to graduation.
Manage and monitor inventory records, stock movement, and material handling.
Handle and track prospective student leads received through websites, referrals, calls, and other sources.
Maintain updated records of lead status, admissions, and conversions.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
Support operational activities involving travel and occasional heavy lifting/material movement, as required.
Candidate Requirements
Male Candidate
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in administration / coordination / operations preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications
