Job Description

GENIEESTATE PVT LTD is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Head Telecaller to lead the telecalling team, improve sales performance, and ensure excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team.
Monitor daily calling performance and achieve team targets.
Train new telecallers and conduct regular performance reviews.
Handle escalated customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Maintain high-quality customer interactions and follow-up processes.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for lead management.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Ensure CRM data is updated accurately.
Develop calling strategies to improve lead conversion and productivity.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and team efficiency.

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management.
Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass
Graduate candidates will be preferred.
Prior team handling experience is preferred.

Working Hours

8 Hours per Day
Weekly Off: Any One Day / 4 Offs Per Month
