Position: Receptionist cum Salon Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing front desk operations, customer service, and overall salon coordination. Ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, efficient staff management, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism.
Manage appointments, walk-ins, and scheduling to avoid overlaps.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve concerns politely.
Maintain daily cash register, billing, and sales records.
Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
Ensure hygiene and housekeeping standards are consistently met.
Monitor stock of salon products and place orders when required.
Assist in promotions, customer engagement, and upselling services.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Leadership qualities to guide and motivate staff.
Basic knowledge of salon services and beauty industry trends.
Proficiency in billing software / POS systems preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in salon/spa/hospitality industry preferred.
1–3 years of team handling experience desirable.
