Female Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (Exhibition Work)

Job Description:

We are looking for a female receptionist to join our team for exhibition and stall operations.
The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will help create a positive, welcoming experience at our exhibition stall.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers/visitors politely at the exhibition stall
Guide visitors and answer basic product or stall-related queries
Handle incoming phone calls and pass messages when required
Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable front desk/stall area
Assist in managing visitor flow during busy exhibition hours
Support basic administrative tasks (notes, coordination, records if needed)
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth operations

Job Requirements:

Gender: Female
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Experience:
- Freshers can apply
- Prior receptionist, customer handling, or exhibition experience is a plus
Skills Required:
- Polite and confident communication
- Basic English & Hindi speaking ability
- Friendly personality and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle people calmly
