Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-spoken, courteous, and proactive Receptionist cum Sales Executive to be the first point of contact at our fountain showroom. While client walk-ins are limited, each visitor expects an informative and personalized experience. The candidate will be responsible for warmly greeting visitors, explaining product concepts, helping customers visualize fountain/waterfall installations, and ensuring every interaction reflects our premium brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism.

Understand and explain different fountain models, water feature styles, materials used (FRP, stone, etc.), and customization possibilities.

Guide clients through the design and installation concepts.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception and display area.

Follow up with inquiries, generate leads from showroom visits, and maintain client records.

Handle incoming calls, basic administration, and appointment bookings.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer handling skills

Ability to explain premium products clearly and confidently

Presentable, punctual, and organized
