Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet members and visitors with a positive attitude.

• Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and through messages/social media.

• Convert walk-ins and inquiries into memberships through effective communication and follow-up.

• Maintain front desk operations — check-ins, payments, attendance, and membership renewals.

• Coordinate with trainers and staff for smooth gym operations.

• Maintain client records and assist with basic administrative tasks.

• Upsell memberships, personal training packages, and ongoing offers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

• Basic computer and social media knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Instagram).

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles preferred (fitness industry experience is a plus).
