Receptionist / Counsellor / Senior Executive
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Handle walk-in inquiries and provide information about courses and admissions.
✅ Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs.
✅ Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups.
✅ Maintain student records, admission forms, and fee details.
✅ Coordinate with teachers and management for smooth operations.
✅ Assist in admission campaigns and promotional activities.
✅ Prepare reports and maintain office documentation.
✅ Ensure professional communication with parents and students.
Required Skills:
✔ Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
✔ Confident and professional personality.
✔ Ability to handle students and parents effectively.
✔ Experience in education/coaching industry preferred (Freshers can also apply).
