  • Handle patient registration (OPD/IPD) on HMS accurately

  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries & walk-ins professionally

  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing & IPD team for smooth patient flow

  • Ensure proper billing, receipt generation & payment collection

  • Guide patients for consultation, tests, admission process

  • Maintain records, files & daily reports (OPD/IPD entries)

  • Ensure zero missed calls and timely callback within 15 minutes

  • Support Ayushman / insurance documentation coordination

  • Maintain clean, organized and presentable reception area

  • Handle patient complaints politely and escalate when needed

  • Follow hospital SOPs strictly (admission, discharge, billing)

  • Take Google reviews from patients as per daily targets
