Job Title: Receptionist cum Sales Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Receptionist cum Sales Executive who will handle front office responsibilities and support sales activities. The candidate should manage customer interactions, attend calls, and assist in promoting company services.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

  • Maintain visitor records and front desk operations.

  • Handle emails and basic administrative tasks.

  • Provide information about company services to visitors.

Sales Duties:

  • Explain company products/services to customers.

  • Follow up with potential clients through calls or messages.

  • Support the sales team in generating leads.

  • Maintain customer database and update records.

  • Assist in achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate (preferably Commerce background).

  • Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.

  • Customer handling and sales skills.
