Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Executive to join our team at HSR Layout, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing support related to Bounce Infinity’s electric vehicles and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries related to EV vehicles, subscriptions, payments, and service issues.
Coordinate with field and technical teams for issue resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
Follow up with customers for pending cases.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Support / Help Desk / Telecalling
Good communication skills (English + Hindi / Kannada preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Customer-oriented attitude
Immediate joiners preferred
