Greet clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional attitude. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries and direct them to the concerned department. • Maintain the reception area – ensuring it is neat, presentable, and professional. • Assist the sales team by scheduling client meetings, property visits, and maintaining visitor logs. • Record daily visitor details and share visitor reports with management. • Coordinate with the admin and HR departments for daily office requirements. • Handle courier, mail, and other communication-related tasks. • Manage office stationery and maintain stock records. • Assist in organizing company events, client meetings • Support post-sales team for document collection or client coordination when needed.
