Job Description

1. Front Desk Management

  • Greet visitors, clients, and students politely.

  • Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.

2. Phone & Inquiry Handling

  • Answer phone calls professionally.

  • Provide accurate information or transfer calls to the concerned department.

  • Handle WhatsApp/online inquiries promptly.

3. Visitor & Student Assistance

  • Guide visitors to the correct office/classroom.

  • Assist students with basic queries about classes, schedules, and admissions.

4. Record Keeping

  • Maintain visitor logbook/entry register.

  • Update student attendance (if required).

  • Keep track of daily inquiries.

5. Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier.

  • Handle printing, scanning, and documentation tasks.

  • Assist in preparing forms, files, and reports.

6. Admission Support

  • Provide course details to walk-in students.

  • Share fee structure, offers, and batch information.

  • Coordinate with counsellors/teachers for admissions.

7. Office Coordination

  • Inform relevant staff about appointments and meetings.

  • Maintain discipline and smooth flow of students in the reception area.

8. Payment & Billing Assistance (if required)

  • Collect fees and issue receipts.

  • Update fee records in software/register.

9. Professional Communication

  • Maintain polite and positive communication at all times.

  • Handle complaints or escalate them to the senior staff.

10. Daily Housekeeping Supervision

  • Ensure classroom cleanliness.

  • Check basic utilities (lights, fans, AC, water) daily.
