Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and professional Receptionist with good communication skills to manage front desk operations and handle visitor coordination efficiently. The candidate should have a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk activities and greet visitors professionally.
Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned departments.
Maintain visitor records and employee attendance registers if required.
Coordinate meetings and guide visitors/candidates accordingly.
Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward documents.
Support basic administrative and office coordination activities.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area.
Assist HR/Admin team in day-to-day activities.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Presentable personality with professional behavior.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification:
Any Graduate / HSC with relevant experience.
Experience:
0 to 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female candidates preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable working from office.
