Job Description

  • Maintain front office reception area
  • Welcome customers/guests and answer their queries
  • Answer phone calls, emails and maintain booking/appointment record
Key Responsibilities:
Visitor & Call Management
Greet and assist visitors, customers, and landowners.

Route visitors and calls to concerned teammates or MD Sir.

Attend and forward front office landline calls.

Meeting & Communication Coordination

Maintain MD Sir’s meeting schedule and send timely reminders.

Manage front office emails and route them to relevant departments.

Administrative Support

Oversee daily office upkeep and asset checks; report to Admin Head.

Monitor and report daily cleaning, pantry services, and pooja updates.

Stationery Management

Track available and required stationery.

Get approval signatures and issue quality items on time.

Share feedback with Admin Head for better procurement.

Documentation & Reports

Prepare approval slips on 5th, 12th, 26th & 30th of each month.

Handle EB & DG calculations for landowners/builders.

Maintain daily attendance reports before 6 PM and report to HR.

Keep records of couriers and raise bills accordingly.

HR Assistance

Assist in new joiner documentation and formalities.

Collect job applications and share with HR.

Distribute onboarding kits/stationery to new employees.

Event Coordination

Post and coordinate birthday/celebration updates in groups.

Maintain monthly bills for events and get approvals.

Legal/Admin Support

Coordinate with teams for bill submissions and payment vouchers.

Update Google Drive with all records and submit monthly reports.

Confidentiality

Handle sensitive management information with discretion.
