Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Punawale Multispeciality Hospital to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹18000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
