Our client has an urgent requirement for the post of Lady Receptionist.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in any stream (minimum 12th pass can also be considered).
1–2 years of experience in Reception / Front Office / Customer Handling (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Job Responsibilities:
Attending visitors, clients, and guests at the front desk.
Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls politely and professionally.
Maintaining visitor records and providing assistance as required.
Receiving and forwarding mails/couriers.
Coordinating with internal departments for smooth office functioning.
Maintaining a professional and pleasant appearance at the reception area.
Nature of Work:
Front Office / Reception Handling, Customer & Guest Coordination, Telephone and Administrative Support.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
1 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary / Executive Assistant in a corporate or industrial setup
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for business or professional use
Freshers with strong communication skills and digital awareness may also be considered
Up to 35 years
Provide daily assistance to the Director including managing schedules, meetings, travel, and appointments
Handle email correspondence, maintain confidential records, and assist with business documentation
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and vendors on behalf of the Director
Draft business letters, meeting summaries, and presentation materials
🔹 Event & Visitor Handling
Assist in planning and executing official events, meetings, or conferences
Greet and manage visitors and clients at the executive level
Prepare reports, business summaries, and MIS as per the Director’s requirements
Maintain databases of contacts, communications, and documentation
Smart, well-groomed, and presentable personality
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong knowledge of MS Office, email drafting, and social media platforms
Ability to handle tasks with confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
Proactive, punctual, and organized with good interpersonal skills
