Job Title: PMJAY Desk Executive

Location: Ram Krishna Paramhansh Hospital, Kalali – Vadodara
Department: PMJAY (Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients and their families with PMJAY scheme registration and verification.

  • Guide patients regarding eligibility, documentation, and benefits under the scheme.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of PMJAY beneficiaries.

  • Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth admission and discharge under PMJAY.

  • Handle queries and grievances of patients related to PMJAY.

  • Ensure timely submission of claims and follow up with concerned authorities.

  • Work closely with the hospital billing and insurance desk for claim settlements.
