Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and support basic administrative tasks.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors professionally

Handle incoming calls and direct them to concerned departments

Maintain visitor records and entry register

Manage front desk area and ensure cleanliness

Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments

Handle basic administrative tasks (emails, data entry, filing)

Assist HR/Admin in day-to-day activities

🔹 Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Presentable and professional attitude

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)

Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Female candidates preferred (optional – as per company policy)

🔹 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
