Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and confident Receptionist who can efficiently manage front desk operations while creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, guests, and employees. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-first approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional office environment

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally

  • Conduct cold calling activities for business outreach and lead generation

  • Respond to emails, inquiries, and client communications in a timely manner

  • Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors courteously

  • Brief clients and visitors about the company’s services and offerings

  • Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and conference room bookings

  • Maintain visitor records and manage reception registers

  • Assist in follow-ups with clients and internal teams

  • Handle courier, dispatch, and office correspondence

  • Support administrative and operational activities when required

  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors if needed

  • Provide overall administrative support to the management team


Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Email Handling & Google Workspace
