Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and confident Receptionist who can efficiently manage front desk operations while creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, guests, and employees. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional office environment
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Conduct cold calling activities for business outreach and lead generation
Respond to emails, inquiries, and client communications in a timely manner
Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors courteously
Brief clients and visitors about the company’s services and offerings
Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and conference room bookings
Maintain visitor records and manage reception registers
Assist in follow-ups with clients and internal teams
Handle courier, dispatch, and office correspondence
Support administrative and operational activities when required
Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors if needed
Provide overall administrative support to the management team
