Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Management & Operations
• Oversee daily operations across all [Number] clinic locations to ensure standardized service quality.
• Manage front-desk staff and clinical receptionists, ensuring a welcoming environment and excellent patient experience.
• Monitor daily clinic workflow, appointment scheduling, and patient flow to minimize wait times.
• Handle facility maintenance, inventory management, and procurement of medical/office supplies.
2. HR & Talent Acquisition
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews for clinical and administrative staff.
• Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain staff records, attendance, and payroll processing.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations/grievance resolution.
3. Financial Oversight & Accounting
• Supervise daily cash handling, credit card reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and timely payment collection.
• Monitor clinic P&L (Profit and Loss) reports and assist in budget preparation.
• Ensure all medical billing and insurance claims are processed accurately.
4. Business Development & Sales Growth
• Drive front-desk sales by training staff on upselling services, membership conversions, and patient retention strategies.
• Analyze patient feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase clinic visibility and patient acquisition.
• Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and provide weekly reports on clinic performance to management.
