Location: C-210, Omicron-1, Greater Noida
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and walk-ins.
Manage appointments, registration, and coordination with lab staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls for enquiries, follow-ups, and service promotion.
Support billing, documentation, and administrative tasks.
1–2 years of experience in a medical or diagnostics setup.
Good English communication skills.
Basic telemarketing experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional front desk environment.
