Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a presentable personality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Maintain visitor records and manage front desk activities
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
• Provide basic information to clients and visitors
• Maintain office cleanliness and coordination with housekeeping
• Assist in administrative and clerical tasks
Requirements:
• 1–5 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
