Job Description – Store Executive / Customer Service & Delivery Coordinator
We are looking for a Store Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our premium laundry and dry-cleaning store.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and manage customer orders for laundry and dry-cleaning services.
Handle customer enquiries, bookings, payments, and order updates.
Use our laundry management app to create orders, update order status, track garments, and manage customer details.
Coordinate pickup and delivery with customers and delivery staff.
Ensure garments are properly received, tagged, sorted, and handed over to customers.
Check orders before delivery and ensure timely completion.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the team to resolve issues.
Maintain daily order and payment records through the app.
Provide a professional and friendly customer experience.
Requirements:
Kannada and English speaking is mandatory.
Basic Hindi speaking ability is mandatory.
Basic smartphone/app knowledge.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual, and organized.
Previous experience in laundry, retail, customer service, or store operations is preferred but not mandatory.
