Handling Mail and Deliveries:
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and deliveries.
Maintaining Office Supplies:
Keeping track of office supplies, ordering replacements, and ensuring a well-stocked reception area.
Providing General Administrative Support:
Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area:
Keeping the reception area tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
Responding to Inquiries:
Providing information and answering questions from visitors and callers in a professional and helpful manner.
