Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to patients/visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage front desk operations including appointments, registrations, and billing
coordination.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp queries, and walk-ins efficiently.
Maintain patient records and coordinate with doctors/therapists.
Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service experience.
Manage basic administrative and coordination tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional personality
Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive preferred (Healthcare experience
is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and patient-handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp handling).
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Profile:
Experience: 1–3 years in similar role (Hospital/Clinic/Wellness center preferred).
ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS MUST.
