We are looking for a Receptionist Intern to join our team at Hermann College of Education. This is a 6-month training program designed to provide hands-on experience in front-desk operations, communication handling, and backend administrative support.
As part of this internship, you will learn how to manage calls, assist visitors, handle daily administrative work, and maintain smooth communication across departments.
Attend and manage inbound and outbound calls (Call Process).
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain and organize front-desk records and files.
Handle backend office work such as data entry, documentation, and follow-ups.
Manage daily correspondence including emails and messages.
Support administrative staff in routine office tasks.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Freshers are welcome.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Computer.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor.
Hands-on experience in office administration and communication.
