Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role:
The receptionist serves as the face and voice of the clinic, playing a pivotal role in shaping the client experience and ensuring operational efficiency. In an aesthetics clinic, where trust, comfort, and discretion are paramount, the receptionist’s role extends beyond basic administrative duties to include personalized client care and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
First Impressions & Client Engagement
· Welcomes clients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a relaxing and reassuring visit.
· Handles check-ins and check-outs smoothly, ensuring minimal wait times and clear communication.
· Maintains a serene and hygienic reception area that reflects the clinic’s aesthetic values.
Appointment & Calendar Management
· Manages bookings for consultations, treatments, and follow-ups using clinic software.
· Sends timely reminders and confirmations via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to reduce no-shows.
· Coordinates practitioner schedules and optimizes appointment slots for efficiency.
Administrative & Financial Support
· Processes client intake forms, consent documents, and treatment records with confidentiality.
· Handles billing, payments, and package tracking with accuracy and transparency.
Communication & Marketing Assistance
· Redirects inquiries about services, pricing, and promotions to the counsellor.
· Supports marketing efforts by sharing offers, collecting feedback, and upselling packages.
· Maintains client databases and supports loyalty programs or referral campaigns.
Compliance & Safety
· Monitors access to treatment areas and enforces safety protocols.
· Supervise Hygiene protocols

· Clear verbal and written communication to handle inquiries and explain services
· Active listening to understand client needs and respond appropriately
· Professional tone and etiquette across phone, email, and in-person interactions
· Basic billing and POS systems for payments and receipts
· Email, WhatsApp, and SMS tools for client reminders and follow-ups
· Empathy and patience to handle sensitive or anxious clients
· Conflict resolution for managing complaints or scheduling issue
