Role Overview:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the Office /factory. This role is responsible for handling front-desk operations, maintaining records, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees politely.
Manage incoming calls, transfer to concerned departments, and take messages when required.
Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes as per factory policy.
Coordinate with security for visitor entry/exit and staff movement.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier/letters and ensure proper record keeping.
Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Assist HR/Admin with attendance records, staff inquiries, and general office coordination.
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Support in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room arrangements.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and employee records.
