Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations, ensure smooth day-to-day coordination, and provide excellent service to members, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries
Manage visitor entries, appointments, and follow-ups
Maintain records, attendance logs, and basic documentation
Coordinate with sales, trainers, and operations teams
Handle membership forms, receipts, and basic billing support
Ensure cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
Address member concerns and escalate issues when required
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing/CRM software)
Good communication skills in English and the local language

Strong coordination and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
