Role Summary

The Sales Specialist is responsible for bringing in new members, giving gym tours, closing membership plans, and providing excellent customer service. This is a high-energy, target-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership

• Handle walk-in enquiries

• Convert leads from phone, WhatsApp, Instagram

• Follow up with prospects consistently

• Explain membership plans clearly

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Upsell long-term memberships and add-ons

Customer Experience

• Greet all members politely

• Assist members with questions about programs

• Maintain positive, high-energy atmosphere

• Coordinate trial sessions

Coordination

• Work closely with trainers & front-desk team

• Update CRM/leads sheet daily

• Report sales numbers to management

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Confidence + positive attitude

• Ability to close deals

• Basic English + Hindi

• Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and basic CRM sheets

• Sales experience preferred (gym, retail, insurance, telecom, hospitality)
