Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Schedule and confirm appointments
Handle general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures)
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Support other staff with administrative tasks as requested
