Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and informative environment for visitors. This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a friendly demeanor to effectively manage the front desk and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and providing information about our educational programs and services. In addition to managing daily administrative duties, the Receptionist will also coordinate appointments, handle correspondence, and maintain records, all while ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation. This role requires multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to provide a welcoming environment.

  • Assist with basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.

  • Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and phone systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
